Territory planning

The same £35M target, carved across five regions. Give a region more quota than its accounts can yield and the plan starts with a capacity problem. Drag a quota; the balance score, bars and ledger all move. Meridian is a made-up company and its capacity estimates are planning inputs. Copy link saves the carve to share.

Assigned quota per territory
How to read it: the score measures how evenly quota is spread against capacity. It does not judge the capacity forecast itself. Auto-rebalance preserves totals below £35M and resets any higher total to the £35M company target, then rounds each region to £0.05M.

The cyan cell marks the largest pocket of opportunity. AMER-W × Enterprise holds the most uncovered TAM (~£8.1M), while APAC's £8.2M quota nearly equals its whole £9.5M TAM. That's the imbalance the carve above has to fix.
